There are many differing shapes and styles of processor coolers available on the market today. Some of these range from a behemoth size, such as what Noctua offers, to the diminutive low profile CPU Cooler such as the ones available from CoolerMaster. These products also offer a myriad of performance options, dependant on the make and model of the aforementioned processor. The efficiency can sometimes be as good as a low-end water cooling system, and in some cases managing to slip-stream them by a small margin.
Today however we review a product from the company known as Spire Corp:

Packaging
The Spire DT-H1 Rotor cooler comes packaged in a ‘blister pack’. However, unlike most where the consumer has to utilise a pair of scissors, Spire uses an easy to access package where the product can be used within seconds. This is a change from the usual solution that requires using the above tool, and then struggle with cutting open the pack ito gain access to the processor cooler.
As the above images clearly show, the red and black scheme utilised upon the packaging somewhat matches the companies website. Although the blister packaging is better than most, we do feel that it would be better served packaged within a cardboard box like the CoolerMaster models.
The above show the accessories packaged within, which include the retention mechanism, mounting hardware, and finally the instructions.. Looking at the mounting mechanism we have our doubts in all honesty if it will perform as well as other manufacturers products.
Let us move on to the product photos and Testing.
