Rocat Support Review
Hi guys,
I know this is a little out of the norm for people to post about customer support, but I've just experienced Roccat's user support which on whole was very helpful and kind,
Prior to me contacting Roccat I had lost my mouse weights and driver disk for my Kone V1 in a house move and the weight i had in my mouse 15G was affecting my game play badly so I had a choice take the weight out or leave the 15G in there it annoyed me so much i ended up sending a Email to Roccat and explaining what happened I just told them i had lost my weights and could I buy some more and if so where from? .
Roccat response to this was:
No you can't buy them from us directly or from anywhere but can I ask how you lost them all ?
So i explained in a house move it was silly of me and its affecting my game play
Roccat responded
On this occasion we will send you some weights out and if you can send me your postal address and we'll ship them out to you
I was quite happy that they had done this for me but behind the scenes at my house i had tipped the house upside down and found the weights which made me double happy
And after all my conversations with Roccat i would say they handled my problem well and did what they could to rectify it and pull some strings at their end
